BEFORE APPLYING, PLEASE NOTE:

LIAND requires that all of its members are also members of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. We ask that you submit a copy of your AND membership card along with your application, and this is NOT the same as the CDR registration card.

If you do not have a copy of your AND membership card, please download and submit a membership certificate from eatright.org.


How to find your AND membership certificate:

Sign into your account at eatright.org. Click on the About Us  tab at the top right of the home page.  Then click on the My Academy Toolbar which will open a drop down menu. Click My Account from the blue drop down menu and then hit the print button next to where it says membership certificate on your My Account page.  Your membership certificate will automatically download your certificate as a PDF, which you can then attach to your application.


For mail-in applications, please click on the link below to download the LIDA Membership Application for 2023-2024.  The application is available as a Word document and can be printed out, and mailed with your check. Please send a request to lidamembership@gmail.com for further instructions on mailing a paper application.
